How to Install Nuvola 3 in Ubuntu
To install Nuvola Player on Ubuntu system, follow the steps given below. Please note that fresh installation of Nuvola Player 3 won’t replace Nuvola Player 2 already installed on Linux system.
Run the following command in Terminal to add Nuvola Player PPA:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nuvola-player.list
When the “nuvola-player.list” file opens, paste the following line of code into it. Please note that for Ubuntu 14.10 system, replace trusty with utopic (see below). Once done, save and exit the “nuvola-player.list” file:
deb https://tiliado.eu/nuvolaplayer/repository/deb/ trusty stable
or
deb https://tiliado.eu/nuvolaplayer/repository/deb/ utopic stable
If you get GPG error, run the below command to fix the error:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 40554B8FA5FE6F6A
Noe finally run the following command to install Nuvola player 3:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nuvolaplayer3
