Install Indicator Stickynotes on Ubuntu 15.04, Ubuntu 14.10 and Ubuntu 14.04. Indicator Stickynotes 0.5.0 brings some new features and fixes some old bugs.
The shadow feature has been dropped to improve reliability and a new monochromatic “flat” icon set to complement the aesthetics of the new interface. Light or dark icons are chosen automatically based on the background color. The stability of the application has improved.

Install Indicator Sticynotes on Ubuntu
To install Indicator Stickynotes on Ubuntu 15.04, Ubuntu 14.10 and Ubuntu 14.04, run the following command:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:umang/indicator-stickynotes
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install indicator-stickynotes
METHOD 2 (User interface):
- Step 1: Open “Software & Updates.” Go to Other Software -> Add. Now type `ppa:umang/indicator-stickynotes` (without the `quotes`). Add the source and close the window. You will be asked to reload sources. Click “Reload”.
- Step 2: Open the Ubuntu Software Center, search for Indicator Stickynotes, and install.
Install Indicator Sticynotes on Ubuntu
If you wish to uninstall and remove the Indicator Stickynotes from Ubuntu Systems, run the command:
$ sudo apt-get remove indicator-stickynotes
