Install Tor Browser 5.5.2 on Ubuntu
To install Tor Browser 5.5.2, run the following commands in Terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/tor-browser
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install tor-browser
Once installed, open the Tor Browser from Ubuntu Dash or Menu. For the first time, the Tor Browser 5.5.2 will connect to the Tor Network.
If you aren’t happy with the Tor Browser and wish to uninstall it, run the command:
sudo apt-get remove tor-browser
