The Victory Icon Theme is developed by NeWhoa (Deviantart) and can be downloaded for free. Here’s how to install it on Ubuntu, Debian and Derivatives.
Install Victory Icon Theme
You can install Victory icons in Ubuntu 15.04/14.10/14.04/12.04 and Linux Mint 17.1/17/13. The Victory Icon Theme can be installed via PPA. To install, run the following commands in the Terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install victory-icon-theme
Once installed, you can change the theme via Ubuntu Tweak or Unity Tweak Tool.
For Debian/other Debian derivatives
To install Victory Icons in Debian and Derivatives, run the following command in Terminal:
cd && wget -O victory-icons.deb https://launchpad.net/~noobslab/+archive/ubuntu/icons/+files/victory-icon-theme_0.1%7Etrusty%7ENoobslab.com_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i victory-icons.deb;rm victory-icons.deb
