Install Otter Browser 0.9.09 on Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 15.04 and Ubuntu 14.10. Otter Browser is an Opera 12-Like Browser with Qt5 WebKit interface.
Otter Browser 0.9.09 is the latest version available of the Otter Browser. Otter Browser 0.9.09 has been released with the following changes:
- added initial support for spell checking;
- added support for selecting allowed and rejected domains for third-party cookies;
- added support for customizing visible columns and their order in most of views;

Install Otter Browser 0.9.09 on Ubuntu
Otter Browser 0.9.09 can be installed on Ubuntu Systems, via PPA. Run the following commands in Terminal to install Otter Browser 0.9.09 on Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 15.04 and Ubuntu 14.10:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otter-browser/release
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install otter-browser
Once installed, open the Otter Browser 0.9.09 from Ubuntu Dash or Menu. If you aren’t happy and want to uninstall and remove Otter Browser, run the command given below:
$ sudo apt-get remove otter-browser
