Yarock 1.3.0 released. How to Install Yarock music player in Ubuntu and Debian. Yarock is a music player in c++/Qt designed to provide a clean, simple and beautiful music collection based on album coverart.

Yarock is a modern looking music player, packed with features, that doesn’t depend on any specific desktop environment. Yarock is designed to provide an easy and pretty music browser based on cover art. Yarock is easy to build with a minimal set of dependancies, and offers the choose of differents audio back-end.

Install Yarock music player

Run the following commands in terminal to install Yarock music player on Linux Ubuntu Systems:

sudo apt-get update
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/apps
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install yarock

Once installed, open Yarock music player from Ubuntu Dash.
