Install Wine stable 2.0.3 Release on Ubuntu 17.10

Install Wine stable 2.0.3 release on Ubuntu 17.10 and Ubuntu 17.04 Systems. Wine stable 2.0.3 brings various bug fixes and FreeType 2.8.1 compatibility fixes.

Bugs fixed in 2.0.3:

  1. unimplemented function ole32.dll.OleGetIconOfFile
  2. tmpfile() fails when run from Unix path
  3. Lost Horizon crash/page fault during Chapter 2
  4. Sound Recorder crashes on encoding PCM Sample
  5. Purebasic does not display icons in toolbar which is drawn distorted.
  6. Sound Recorder displays error when seeking MP3 stream to the end
  7. Uninstaller: application list doesn’t fit
