How to Connect Instagram to Facebook Page on Computer & Android

How to link Facebook to Instagram on computer or android or iPhone? Users can easily add Instagram link to Facebook business page (connect Instagram to Facebook page) and share Instagram photos on Facebook after posting.

If Instagram won’t link to Facebook and you get an error message “this Instagram account is already connected to a Facebook page”, you can rectify this very easily.

Add a Facebook Page to your Instagram Business Account

Users can change or add a Facebook Page to an existing Instagram professional account (Instagram business account) from the Instagram App. But, before you begin to connect Facebook Page to your Instagram, you must:

1. Convert your account to an Instagram business account.
2. Must be an admin of the Facebook Page you’d like to connect to.

Add a Facebook Page to your Instagram

To add or change the Facebook Page that’s connected to your Instagram account:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Select Edit Profile.
3. Under Public Business Information, Select Page.
4. Choose a Page from your Pages that you’d like to connect to or select Create a New Facebook Page.

Your business account is now connected to a Facebook Page. If the page you’d like to connect doesn’t appear in the drop-down from your profile, it may be because you’re not an admin of that Page. Check your Page’s settings and make sure you have permission to add that page to your Instagram business account.

Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Account

New Facebook

1. Open Facebook.com and log in to the Facebook account.
2. From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
3. Go to your Page and click Page Settings in the bottom left.
4. Click Instagram in the left column.
5. Click Connect Account.
6. Enter your username and password and click Log In.

Classic Facebook:

1. Open Facebook.com and log in to the Facebook account.
2. From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
3. Go to your Page.
4. Click Settings at the top of your Page.
5. Click Instagram in the left column.
6. Click Connect Account.
7. Enter your username and password and click Log In.

Note: If you do not have a business account, you will be prompted to convert your personal account.

Share Instagram Posts to Facebook Page

To share posts from your Instagram account to your Facebook Page, you first need to be an admin of that Page on Facebook.

Here is how to share posts from your Instagram account to a Facebook Page (Android):

1. Go to your profile and tap .
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Account > Linked Accounts, then select Facebook.
4. If you haven’t already, enter your Facebook login information.

Here is how to share posts from your Instagram account to a Facebook Page (iPhone):

1. Go to your profile and tap .
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Account > Linked Accounts, then select Facebook.
4. If you haven’t already, enter your Facebook login information.

If you wish to share Instagram photos on Facebook after posting, simply select the post and tap setting icon. Nowselect “Post to other apps…” and then select the Facebook Page and click on the “tick mark/sign” on the top of the post-page.

NOTE: By default, your Instagram account will share to your personal Facebook profile. To share to a Page instead, tap Share to and choose a Page that you manage.
