It contains 7 offline dictionaries, including Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikiquote and WordNet. It supports multiple languages and other dictionaries can also be added to be used offline.

Download the aarddict deb package and install the Aard dictionary via command-line (Terminal). To install Aard Dictionary 0.9.3 on Debian, Ubuntu and derivative systems, run the following command:

sudo apt-get install gdebi
