Opera 31 Dev (Web Browser) is based on the open source Chromium 44 web browser. Opera Developer 30 brings tab cycling and an improved tab menu. You can now cycle tabs in order of the most-recent tabs used; and, if you use Opera’s sync services, you can see your open tabs from other devices in the tab menu.
It also features Encrypted Media Extensions like Widevine DRM, proper drag and drop support in the Bookmarks Bar. Opera 31 (31.0.1857.0) Dev has been released for Linux, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.
