Install Vuze 5.6.2.0 on Ubuntu
Run the following commands in Terminal to install Vuze on 32 bit and/or 64 bit Linux Ubuntu Systems:
$ wget http://cf1.vuze.com/files/VuzeInstaller.tar.bz2
$ tar -xjvf VuzeInstaller.tar.bz2
$ sudo rm -rf /opt/vuze*
$ sudo mv vuze /opt/vuze
$ sudo ln -sf /opt/vuze/vuze /usr/bin/vuze
Once installed, you can open the vuze software via Ubuntu Dash or Terminal (type vuze and press enter).
To uninstall and remove Vuze BitTorrent Client from Linux Ubuntu Systems, run the command given below:
$ sudo rm -r /opt/vuze /usr/bin/vuze
