Ubuntu (only 64 Bit) users can install Shotcut via snap. Run the following commands in terminal to install the Shotcut snap:
sudo apt-get update
sudo snap install shotcut --classic
sudo snap refresh shotcut --classic
Please restart the System to apply the changes.
Once installed, open shotcut video editor from Ubuntu Dash or Terminal.
